If you want to give your heart a healthy oil… Please go for this blindly. I had issues with cholestrol and triglycerides and after a year of work out and medicine I saw fluctuating results as I was using other oil. Then I shifted to this oil and in two months I am absolutely fine with lipid levels. I am ordering the third time as I finish this review. Thanks to all.
